We know the important role this platform will play as we engage in social distancing to maintain a healthy and safe working and living environment for your residents. We want to make sure that it functions to serve your everyday needs.

You will have full functionality of the Notifications portion of aXessPoint, which allows managers to send real-time mass and group communications to their residents via push notification on mobile devices as well as email.

  2. How long can I use aXessPoint for at no cost to me?

    The last thing we want is for you to get used to a new efficient communication system only for it to get pulled away after a period. After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic you will still have access to send limited emergency notifications. However, if you find that you like aXessPoint so much and would like to use any of its other features such as maintenance tracking, amenity reservations, etc. you can simply upgrade at any time.

  3. How long does it take to learn how to use the system?

    aXessPoint is a very simple, easy-to-use platform. On average it takes about 1 hour to learn the entire system. The Notifications Module would take about 15 minutes to learn.

  4. Will someone be available to train me on how to use the system?

    Yes. We will have virtual training webinars every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm EST. After you register to use aXessPoint you will receive an email with the specific details.
